This Dispatch Center sounds like they obviously doesn’t utilize any type of Dispatch Protocols – there is no excuse for a dispatcher sleeping on the job, but even answering the phone and utilizing some type of Dispatch Protocols like National Academy Priority Dispatch system would have given the dispatcher a lot better continuity to follow when trying to interview the caller. This dispatcher jumps around with questioning and never even confirms the address of the caller!! His nickname must be “Freelance”"

think it all was very unprofessional on he part of the Warren County 911 system
Here it is months after one was on trial for the death of his wife, and it comes out that one may have been sleeping… prior to answering the phone
I ask you… heads should roll, persons in the position of authority should be prosecuted for not fixing the problem earlier
As a former 911 board member elsewhere, this is pure BS
and as all, there is probably more to this
