Kudos to the neighbor for deploying the green line. He actually had quite the reach with that thumb of his.
He was doing nearly as good from the yard as the firefighters were.
at first I thought it might have been Jay, but then I looked and he had a normal haircut and he wasn’t all up in the camera afterward telling everyone about all the rescues he made.
