This is from Washington, Missouri at around 3:30 this morning in the 1200 block of West Seventh Street.

Watch what happens at 13 seconds into the video. A shirtless neighbor steps in with a garden hose to help out despite the firefighters already moving in.

    at first I thought it might have been Jay, but then I looked and he had a normal haircut and he wasn’t all up in the camera afterward telling everyone about all the rescues he made.
