This video just proves beyond a reasonable doubt that there is absolutely no difference in the public perception of paid or volunteer firefighters. This lady thought this fat, slobinly tee shirt wearing, old, cheap, repulsive man was a paid firefighter. So this proves scientifically what the public thinks of you. But hey, if it gets you some tail on the side, use it to your advantage.

LOL my former volley chief lived with his parents. 30 something and his wife tossed him out. Yeah being a VFD chief was more important than family.
