Make fun of Jon Hannan's fire helmet and you can be sure you will hear from him. The Charlotte, North Carolina chief found himself on the receiving end of jokes from  a radio team on WEND 106.5, Charlotte's alternative rock station. After seeing Chief Hannon on TV wearing his helmet at a four-alarm fire early Wednesday morning, Woody and Wilcox had some things to say. Chief Hannon heard it or heard about it saw it as an opportunity for some free publicity for the department. He came knocking on the radio station's door. The first two videos show the visit and the bottom one is from the four-alarm fire.
