Kudos to Buffalo Fire.  Nice job containing this complex fire in tight quarters

i do not understand why they fought the fire while people were in the windows of the exposure ?
Why did the chief ask 3or4 times who was where and what were they doing ?
How do they know where all the men are and if they are safe?
Should they have put the ladder truck closer to the area between the buildings? This may have helped to reach both building for various needs. Truntable — mid point between the properties for max. scrub area !
    Just tring to learn

I lived in that house from 1955 to 1966. My father was so proud of all the work he did before we sold it. I used to play in the rear apartment where the bulk of the fire was.
I only wish that I could have been fighting that balze along side the BFD
