From the looks of it, did this fire ended in a "foundation save" with $100 percent dollar loss?
Also, I noticed the window ventilation operation. Definitely not according to IFSTA Safety Procedures.
Nice forcible entry. I wonder what's faster- using appropriate tools for the job, or an ACL repair and rehab?
