Video by clunkmess on Saturday afternoon after a garage caught fire in Newark, California.
A two-alarm fire in the garage of a single-family home in Newark displaced a family and caused more than $175,000 in damage, according to Alameda County fire officials.
The fire on the 35000 block of Severn Drive was reported shortly before 2:30 p.m., Division Chief Andy Smith said.

When are we gonna learn using small hand lines on a fully involves structure doesn’t work too well. Hydrant in front of place so deck gun and 2-1/2″ lines should have been the call of the day!
