On December 14 we showed you video from DecaturCrimes of a house fire in the 1800 block of N. Maple Street in Decatur, Illinois. DecaturCrimes was back at the same house around 1:00 this morning for another fire. Note the arson tips sticker posted to the burning home at 2:34 in the video.

Yeah, if they catch on fire a second time, the first time was usually arson too.
Why cant the city just rip this house down it would save a lot of time and money to all those having to deal with this.
It’s the mortgage payment rubbing up against the insurance policy that creates friction that starts the fire.
