Hopefully radio traffic was not in real time with opposing operations. I thought the bucket sent to roof was for safety…only to see FF walk and operate on roof. Make cuts high at peak and don’t forget to start by removing roof vents. Otherwise, looked like interior crew did good job.

It looked like they needed another 50 guys to wander around or stand and watch the fire. They wouldn’t be required to carry any tools or equipment, just show up. My favorite part was one guy with 2-1.75″ lines on his shoulder trying to move them and the fat chief just walking past him to go stare at the group operating one hose line in the window. UNREAL

Looked like two completley different operations , sounded like the “inside” crew was trying hard, and it looked like the “outside” crew was trying to make life miserable for them.

Wow that was just bad to watch.. Too many people doing nothing and too few actually working. Then I see a truck get put into operation on a one story ranch style house…hmmmm WTF? Apparently they dont have ground ladders and initially I thought it was for safety or maybe even master stream operations but nope… Finally they put up a few ground ladders but yeah that should have been done early on.. Come on people train train train!!!

the best is the chief with the extrication gloves on and just wandering around…let’s dump 2000 gallons of water in the basement…that’ll snuff it out….

lots of reflexite and lots of guys standing around looking salty…

Dear western NY state: there is no letter “u” in the words “fire” or “roof”.

    Sincerly,

    everyone

If this were in Highland Park, they’d have 2 engines and the truck, 10 guys if they’re lucky…
