Maryland apartment fire
Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department Chief Spokesman Mark Brady provided the video and picture above of an apartment fire just before noon Wednesday at 10015 Greenbelt Road in Lanham, MD.
Firefighters rescued occupants from balconies on Side C while fire was showing from multiple windows on the second and third floors of the building. A task force alarm was sounded to assist in the firefighting efforts.
Those rescued were treated at the scene. A cat died in the fire and pet snakes found in an apartment were turned over to animal control officials.
