Trooper and child work to save child tangled in seat belt: Many of you may have seen the story Chief Billy Goldfeder sent around on The Secret List about the five-year-old child caught with the seat belt caught around his neck. First on the scene were a Maryland State trooper and a volunteer firefighter from the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department. DeAndre Harris remains in critical condition.
