A fire this afternoon destroyed a church in Brazoria County, Texas. Thanks to long-time reader, author and firefighter, Will Wyatt for the alert on this one.

KTRK-TV:

At about 12:30pm, firefighters were called to the Houston Tamil Church on State Highway 6 at Monclair Hill to find flames shooting from the building. There’s no word on any injuries at this time.
