Pre-arrival video from Rickey Stokes from a house fire this (Monday) morning on Lakeview Drive in Dothan, Alabama.
The Dothan Fire Department received the emergency call just after 8 a.m. Monday morning. When they arrived, flames were already visible inside the home in the 700 block of Lakeview Drive. Firefighters were successful in knocking down the blaze, but the home has suffered heavy interior damage.
Firefighters were still ventilating the home after 10:15 Monday morning.
No one was inside the home when the fire started. Homeowners were at work and received calls to rush home Monday morning. The American Red Cross is responding to assist the homeowners.
