Video of firefighters extricating man from under car
Video from The Salem (MA) News showing a man being rescued who was trapped under a car in North Beverly, Massachusetts this (Wednesday) morning. The victim is reported to be in critical condition as of 11:45 a.m. ET.
The incident happened at the parking lot at Dunkin’ Donuts at the corner of Dodge and Cabot streets, across from the North Beverly fire station.
Deputy Fire Chief Mike McCadden said the victim was apparently hit by a car and became trapped underneath it.
Rescuers used two airbags and blocks of wood to raise the car. Emergency responders were performing CPR on the victim at the scene.
