Is this the man who slashed fire hose in Baltimore?

On Monday we showed you a supply line being cut as Baltimore firefighters handled what apparently was their first building fire during the rioting. It happened as CNN was live at North Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue where the CVS was burning.

Shortly after Wolf Blitzer critiqued how long it was taking firefighters to charge the line (“By the time they get that firefighter, those hoses working, that CVS is going to be toast”), a man twice walked up and punched holes in the supply line. A number of websites, including Daily Caller, made note of the picture posted on Imgur claiming to have an unmasked image of the hose slasher. The clothing sure looks the same.
