As you see, there is a warning with the helmet-cam video, above, from the Volusia County Professional Firefighters Association showing a recent house fire. It mentions KICs or Keyboard Incident Commanders, a term I coined a few years ago and then updated with the term Last Responders. It also has a warning about trolls. Interesting concept. I wonder how well it has worked for them.
