A firefighter with the Nashville Fire Department is hospitalized after a medical episode led to a crash on Thursday afternoon.
Preliminary information shows that while driving, the firefighter experienced a medical episode and lost control of the vehicle. The fire truck crashed into multiple telephone poles, several parked vehicles and a building.
