It’s Sunday and time for the Wonderful World of Disney. But it was not so wonderful last night in the Magic Kingdom Park in Florida. The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train caught fire. Posted here are various videos from those visiting Disney World when the fire broke out. So, is Smokey now the eighth dwarf?
At around 10:30 p.m., a fire truck was escorted into Magic Kingdom Park to extinguish flames at the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train after firework debris ignited the attraction’s decorative material.
Park guests were riding the roller coaster at the time of the fire, but a Disney spokesman said no one was injured.
The fire was difficult to access, but once equipment was set up, flames were quickly extinguished, a Reedy Creek Emergency Services official said.
