This was posted to YouTube yesterday by wersplat. I have not found any details on the fire or when it occurred except what was written in the description STATter911.com readers now tell us this occurred at 12:30 this morning:

Heard a loud explosion looked out window and saw fire truck on fire. Here is video of it being put out.  Location is in front of Jewish Museum in NYC.
