Mass casualty incident following Sunday night collision

There was a mass casualty incident Sunday night after a jet and a fire truck collided on a taxiway at LaGuardia Airport in Queeens, New York. NBC News reports the pilot and co-pilot are dead. There are multiple injuries reported.
Above is air traffic control audio as the LaGuardia Tower gave instructions to both the Port Authority Police Department fire truck known as Truck 1 and Air Canada Jazz Airlines Flight 646.
Truck 1 was responding to a United plane that had experienced a strange odor. The audio below includes some of the radio traffic involving the United plane.
The pilot and co-pilot of the plane have been killed, two sources familiar with the investigation say.
A Port Authority Police Department sergeant and officer had broken limbs and were stabilized at a hospital, they said.
The plane was nearing the end of its landing, rolling at about 30 mph, when collision took place, the sources said.
The Port Authority Police Department operates the fire department at LGA.
The collision ocurred at 11:38 p.m. The CRJ-900 had just arrived at LGA from Montreal on LGA’s Runway 4.
