A D.C. government photo of Chief Ronnie Few with the man who appointed him, former Mayor Tony Williams.
After telling a reporter he would be late because he had a doctor’s appointment, Chief Few did show on Monday for his first day on the job and is now considered a full time employee of the city. A special meeting of the city council is scheduled for tonight to discuss Few’s hiring. An editorial says that meeting should be open to the public.
